		Can't login? If you are unable to login be sure that (1) you have selected the correct user type (babysitter or parent) for your account. Also ensure your password is correct. Babysitter and nanny profiles will default to "inactive" after 60 days if you do not log into your account. Simply email admin[at]babysitterdirectory[dot]com[dot]au with your name and email address and we can reactivate your account. Password won't work? If you cannot login with your password be sure the password is correct by clicking "Forgot password" under the Member Login box and have the password emailed to you. Can't access other features of site If other features of the site are not working please email us using the form on this page and provide the following details (1) what the problem is exactly. Be as detailed as you can. (2) what browser you are using (e.g. Internet Explorer) and version (3) your full name. Postcode search and how it works. If you choose you can search 5km for example from your entered postcode. This may mean that if you live near a Peninsula profiles could return in search results that are 5km, 10km in radius from your selected postcode but a longer distance by car or public transport. South Australia: Due to legislative reasons (Children Services Act 1985) at the moment we are unable to operate in South Australia. We apologise for the inconvenience.
